I use attachment theory, inner child work, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help you find real healing and peace.
Couples Counseling
When you’re trapped in cycles of conflict and feeling disconnected, couples therapy helps you learn how to reach each other again.
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we’ll explore what’s underneath the arguments and help you turn toward each other instead of away. The goal is to rebuild trust and create a relationship where you both feel safe, seen, and secure.
Trauma Treatment
Trauma touches each of us differently, from “big T” events like abuse and loss to “small t” traumas like chronic criticism and feeling invisible. Your inner child is often still driving, using the only tools they had to keep you safe.

Intimacy & Sex Therapy
Sex requires vulnerability, relaxation, and safety, yet it’s one of the most taboo topics in therapy. I offer a place of curiosity and zero judgment to explore concerns like sexual trauma, performance anxiety, mismatched desires, and communication barriers.
Together, we’ll work to establish the safety you need so you can move forward with confidence and rediscover fulfilling intimacy.
