approach

Every person's struggles are unique, and so is the path to healing.

I draw from extensive training in psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, trauma work, sex therapy, and couples therapy to create an approach that fits your specific needs. There’s no one-size-fits-all. Our work together will be shaped by what you’re facing and what will help you most.

clients

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

EFT is grounded in attachment theory and has remarkable success rates. 70 to 75% of couples move from distress to recovery.

For couples, we explore the emotional patterns driving conflicts, not just surface arguments, but the fears and needs underneath. The goal is to help you turn toward each other, rebuild safety, and create genuine connection.

For individuals, EFT helps you understand the emotions driving your behaviors. We’ll identify the underlying needs and fears triggering your patterns, process painful feelings safely, and develop healthier responses.

Inner Child Work

Many adult struggles stem from childhood adaptations. Inner child work helps you understand the younger version of yourself who developed protective patterns and compassionately update strategies that no longer serve you.

Trauma-Informed Care

Using Ego State Therapy, psychoeducation, and mindfulness, we’ll gently explore the roots of your pain, create space from overwhelming feelings, and build coping strategies that actually work.

You might not fully understand why you're struggling, and that's okay.

If you’re ready to feel different, trust yourself more, and feel more in control of your life, you’re in the right place.

Our work together will involve developing a deep understanding of yourself, your past, and what’s been keeping you stuck.

I’m here to provide a non-judgmental space where we can untangle the root causes and help you move forward with clarity, connection, and peace.
